PRIVACY POLICY
The Green Paths project is funded by the European Union’s Horizon Europe research and innovation programme, under the grant agreement 101112305, and is carried out through the collaboration of different entities through the creation of a consortium, of which FUNDACIÓN OXFAM INTERMÓN (hereinafter “OXFAM INTERMÓN“) is a member.
Who is responsible for the processing of your personal data?
OXFAM INTERMON, with registered office at Gran Vía de les Corts Catalanes, 641, 08010 Barcelona, is responsible for the processing of personal data and ensures diligent compliance with the regulations in this area.
Please note that OXFAM INTERMÓN will be responsible for the processing of your personal data in all events related to the GreenPaths project organised by OXFAM INTERMÓN. However, if you register or participate in any other event organised by other entities of the Consortium, those entities will be responsible for the processing of your data and you should refer to their privacy policies for more information.

How have we obtained and why are we going to process your personal data?
When you visit this website, OXFAM INTERMON uses various technologies to collect and store information (for example, your IP address) and this may include the use of cookies or similar technologies to identify your browser or device. OXFAM INTERMON also uses these technologies to collect and store information when you interact with services offered by OXFAM INTERMON or other features. Likewise, OXFAM INTERMÓN will process your name, surname and email address in order to manage your attendance or your participation as a speaker in the webinars or face-to-face seminars in which you register or participate in the framework of the GreenPaths project (hereinafter, the “Event“), including sending communications to remind you of your attendance at said Event. Likewise, if you give your consent, we will record your image and voice and process them to create content and disseminate it on our websites and social networks, such as YouTube, for the sole purpose of promoting the GreenPaths project. In the case of speakers, your consent will not be necessary to process your image and/or voice, as the processing of these personal data is necessary for the execution of your participation.
Consequently, for attendees who are not speakers, we inform you that the webinars will be recorded and that in the face-to-face seminars photographs will be taken and videos will be recorded of those persons who have given their express consent for the aforementioned internal and external communication purposes. Therefore, if you have not given your consent, please do not activate your camera or microphone in the webinars you attend and do not pose in photographs or videos taken in the face-to-face seminars. In the case of webinars, if you want to participate, but do not want your image or voice to be recorded, do not activate your camera or microphone and participate by sending messages in the webinar chat itself.
In the event that you consent to OXFAM INTERMÓN recording your image and voice for reproduction and publication, we inform you that when we publish such content it will be accessible by any third party, including entities that are part of the consortium, who may share it on their websites and social networks.
To whom will your personal data be communicated?
Your data may be disclosed to the following recipients, for the reasons explained below:
- Suppliers who need access to your data for the provision of services that OXFAM INTERMON has contracted with these suppliers, and with whom OXFAM INTERMON has signed the necessary confidentiality and personal data processing contracts required by law to protect your privacy.
- European Commission, for the purposes of accountability in the framework of the GreenPaths project funded by the Commission, based on our legitimate interest to report and justify the use of the funds received in the framework of the project, as well as to comply with the provisions of the grant agreement and the corresponding consortium agreement. This communication will only include your name and email address when you have participated in an event organised by OXFAM INTERMÓN, in order to justify your attendance at that event.
If in the future OXFAM INTERMON will make further disclosures of personal data, we will inform you in a timely manner.
International transfers
OXFAM INTERMON has contracted the services of technology providers located in countries that do not have regulations equivalent to European regulations (hereinafter, “Third Countries“). These suppliers have signed with OXFAM INTERMON the confidentiality and data processing contracts required by the regulations for suppliers located in Third Countries, applying the necessary guarantees and safeguards to preserve your privacy. Automated decisions
We inform you that your personal data are not subject to automated decisions. All decision-making processes of our entity related to such processing are carried out with human intervention.
How long will we keep your personal data?
Your personal data will be kept for as long as they are necessary for the purposes for which they were collected and, when they are no longer necessary, during the applicable legal limitation periods. In this case, they will be processed for the sole purpose of accrediting compliance with our legal, fiscal and/or contractual obligations.
In the event that you have consented to the processing of your image and voice, your data will be retained until you withdraw your consent.
At the end of these limitation periods, your data will be completely deleted or, alternatively, anonymised.
How do we protect the security of your data?
OXFAM INTERMON takes appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure or access to personal data transmitted, stored or otherwise processed.
What are your rights?
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure and portability, limitation and/or opposition to processing, as well as withdraw your consent, through the postal and e-mail addresses indicated above.
In specific circumstances, OXFAM INTERMON will not be able to satisfactorily address all of your rights and we will explain the reasons in accordance with applicable law and, if necessary, block your data.
In addition, if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the law or your privacy rights, you can lodge a complaint:

Modification of the privacy policy
OXFAM INTERMON reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy, according to its own criteria, or motivated by a change in the Spanish Data Protection Agency’s doctrine, legislation or jurisprudence.
