1.Ownership of the website

2.Purpose and access to the Website.

  • The purpose of the website is the publication of content related to the Green Paths project funded by the EU’s Horizon Europe research and innovation programme under the grant agreement 101112305. This project is carried out through the collaboration of different entities through the creation of a consortium “the Consortium“. In relation to the Website, OXFAM INTERMON is only responsible for providing users with a space to promote the Green Paths project through the creation of content and knowledge. At no time does OXFAM INTERMON offer other information society services, such as sending newsletters, user areas or similar.
  • The general terms and conditions of this legal notice govern access to and use of the website that OXFAM INTERMON makes available to Internet users free of charge. Access to the site implies unreserved acceptance of these general terms and conditions. The use of certain services offered on this Web Site shall also be governed (where applicable) by the specific conditions laid down in each case by the other organisations linked to the Consortium.
  • OXFAM INTERMON will not request personal data from users, but will simply make various documents available to them. All information provided by the user through the forms linked on the Website but which are not owned by OXFAM INTERMON but by other organisations in the Consortium will be subject to the conditions or legal notices provided by these organisations to which OXFAM INTERMON is not a party.
  • GreenPaths’ Newsletter is managed by Friends of the Earth Europe, part of GreenPaths project consortium.

3. Conditions of use of the Website

  • Access to or use of the Website for illegal or unauthorised purposes, with or without economic purpose, is not permitted and, therefore, its consequences shall be the sole responsibility of the user. In particular, and without the following list being absolute, it is prohibited:
  • Use the Website in any way that may cause damage, interruptions, inefficiencies or defects in its operation or in a third party’s computer;
  • Use the Site for the transmission, installation or publication of any viruses, malicious code or other harmful programs or files;
  • Use the Website to collect personal data of other users;
  • Use the Website illegally, against good faith, morality and public order;

  • Impede the normal development of an event, contest, promotion or any other activity available through the Website or any of its functionalities, either by altering or attempting to alter, illegally or in any other way, the access, participation or operation thereof, or by falsifying the result thereof and/or using fraudulent participation methods, by means of any procedure, and/or through any practice that violates or infringes these Terms of Use in any way whatsoever.
  • Failure by the user to comply with any of the above obligations may result in OXFAM INTERMON taking appropriate measures in accordance with the law and in the exercise of its rights or obligations, without the possibility of any compensation for damages caused.
  • In the event that you find any information or content on the Website that may be inappropriate, contrary to current legislation, or contrary to the conditions set out on the Website, please inform OXFAM INTERMON immediately through the various means provided for this purpose.

4.Exemption from liability.

 The Website may include information on the Green Paths project. However, the views and opinions expressed are solely those of the author(s) and do not necessarily reflect those of the European Union or the Research Executive Agency. Neither the European Union nor the granting authority can be held responsible for them.

  • Although it is possible to access the Site from any country, OXFAM INTERMON does not guarantee that the content and products appearing on the Site are authorised or available in the user’s country of residence.
  • Users who use this Website do so at their own risk, and by accessing it, undertake to use it in full compliance with the laws and customs of the trade and shall be liable to OXFAM INTERMON and/or third parties for any damages that may be caused as a result of a breach of this obligation. In this regard, OXFAM INTERMON shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the Website, nor for any action taken on the basis of the information provided therein.
  • OXFAM INTERMON reserves the right to carry out, at any time and without prior notice, modifications and updates to the information contained on the Website, as well as to the configuration and presentation of the Website and the conditions of access to it.
  • OXFAM INTERMON is not responsible for possible interruptions or errors in access to the Website, in its content, or that it is up to date.

 OXFAM INTERMON warns that the intellectual property rights of the Website, its source code, design, navigation structure, databases and the various elements contained therein, are owned by or have been transferred to OXFAM INTERMON, which is entitled to exercise the rights to exploit them in any way and, in particular, but not limited to, the rights of reproduction, copying, distribution, transformation, making available to the public and communication.

  • The unauthorised use of the information contained in this website, its resale, as well as the transfer of the intellectual and/or industrial property rights of OXFAM INTERMON, will give rise to the responsibilities and consequences established by law.
